• Tracking pixels (web beacons): Miniature transparent image elements loaded alongside the webpage, commonly used to observe browsing behavior.
• Session identifiers and device fingerprinting: Technologies employed to identify or distinguish browser configurations.

Under applicable statutory frameworks, compliance requirements (including whether prior consent is mandatory) are governed by the actual purpose and technical operation of each technology (for example, whether it is strictly necessary to deliver an explicitly requested service, or whether it performs analytics or advertising), rather than by the technology’s naming convention alone.

B. What Technologies This Website Uses

In its current release, the CORE Advisory website was developed as a clean, static architecture. Technical inspection of the source code confirms the following factual details:

• No traffic analytics scripts: We do not deploy Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, or other user behavior tracking platforms.
• No marketing or conversion pixels: No conversion pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.) are integrated, and no third-party ad networks are utilized.
• No optional cookies: The website places no non-essential cookies for profiling, targeting, or commercial preference tracking.
• No client-side application storage: The site’s frontend code does not store user data in localStorage or sessionStorage.

The current implementation does not include traffic analytics tools, marketing pixels, or modules that set optional cookies. The behaviour of hosting infrastructure and external services will be verified prior to publication.

If technologies requiring consent are subsequently introduced, they will be activated only after obtaining that consent, and the information on this page will be updated accordingly.

C. Contact Form and Security Controls

The presence of a contact form on this website does not automatically entail data storage on your device.

The honeypot does not set cookies. The submission backend prepared for this website limits requests and detects duplicates on the server, without cookies or browser storage. No external CAPTCHA service is integrated.

Any technical data processed exclusively on the server for network security purposes is documented in our Privacy Policy.

D. Server Security Logs vs. Cookies

A clear technical and legal distinction exists between:

• Storage or access to information on the user’s device (cookies/web storage): Technologies that read or write files directly on your equipment;
• Server technical access and security logs: Data automatically generated by web servers upon receiving HTTP requests (such as the connection’s IP address, browser type, timestamp, and requested page URL).

The absence of cookie files does not imply that the infrastructure processes no technical data. IP addresses and network connection headers can constitute personal data where they enable indirect identification. E. Options and Consent Management

Because the current technical configuration of this website deploys no technologies that require prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR:

• No cookie banner is displayed: We do not load a consent banner when there are no optional cookies to accept or reject.
• No third-party consent platforms: We do not load external Consent Management Platform (CMP) scripts.

Should we introduce optional features in the future that utilize non-essential cookies, these will undergo prior assessment and will be activated only after obtaining your explicit consent, providing genuine options to decline or withdraw consent at any time.

You can also control and block cookies through your browser’s standard privacy settings (e.g., in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
